Corrections

The most useful message you can send is a specific correction. Include three things: the page, the claim as it is currently written, and why it is wrong. If the claim is technical, a pointer to documentation or to an on-chain example settles it immediately.

Corrections of this kind are acted on quickly, and where the change alters a claim rather than fixing wording, the page says what changed. That process is described in the editorial policy.

Method disagreements

If you run one of the procedures on this site and get a different answer, that is worth writing about even when nothing here is strictly wrong. A threshold that turns out to be badly chosen, a classification rule that misses a common account type, or a check that is impractical in the way we described it are all things we would rather hear about than not.

Coverage requests

We take suggestions for metrics to cover. The realistic filter is whether the figure appears on token dashboards and can be defined, decomposed and verified from public data. Requests to analyse a specific token will not be taken up, because this desk does not publish named-token assessments at all, for reasons set out in about the desk.

What we do not respond to

• Requests to feature, review, list or promote a token, project or product.
• Offers of paid placement, sponsored posts, guest articles or link exchanges.
• Requests for investment advice, portfolio opinions or price views, none of which this desk is in a position to give.
• Requests to remove factual, non-defamatory statements about how a mechanism works.

Response times

This is a small editorial project rather than a company with a support function. Corrections are prioritised and usually get a reply within a few days. Everything else may take longer, and messages in the categories above will not get one.

Security and data

Never send private keys, seed phrases or wallet credentials to this address or to any other. Nobody operating a publication has any legitimate reason to ask for them, and a message that does is not from us.
